Munadhil ibn Ar-Rabi'ah, a companion of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), is known for his efforts in inviting his tribe, the Quraysh, to Islam. He was a respected member of the Meccan society and a strong advocate of Islam. However, his persistent attempts to convert his people were met with resistance and persecution. He was eventually forced to migrate to Madinah along with other Muslims.

Anas ibn Malik narrated that Munadhil was a man from the Quraysh who used to invite people to Islam and used to offer water to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and his Companions (ra) whenever they came to Mecca for the pilgrimage. The Quraysh used to harm him for this, so the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, 'Would that my father and my uncle were with me (now) to protect this man.'
