Her principal abodes are in the Himalayan regions of Chintpurni and Jawalamukhi. Temples dedicated to her are common sites and are Panth-agnostic. Her vibrant shrines are often marked by a trident, cobra, and a buffalo, which symbolize her power over the trinity (Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva), her destructive power against the evil, and her nourishment of her devotees, respectively.
