Atma

The Sanskrit term "Atma" holds profound significance in Hindu culture. The word itself means 'self', 'soul', or 'Breath'. In Hindu philosophy and tradition, the concept of Atma is deeply ingrained, not only in the religious discourse but also in daily life.
