Brisa of Portugal, also known as Brisarella or Brisas de Avis, was a Portuguese noblewoman and queen consort of Castile. She was the daughter of Peter, Duke of Coimbra, and granddaughter of King John I of Portugal. Brisa married King Alfonso XI of Castile in 1325, when she was around eleven years old. After Alfonso's death in 1350, Brisa became regent for her son Henry of Trastamara, who was only three years old at the time. Brisa ruled as regent until her son's majority in 1366, during which time she successfully defended the kingdom against rebellion and foreign invasion.

Brisa of Rimini, also known as Brisarella, was an Italian noblewoman and a central figure in the conflict between the Guelph and Ghibelline factions in the 13th century. She was the wife of Guido da Montefeltro, the lord of Rimini, and the mother of Federico da Montefeltro, who became the condottiere of the papal army. Brisa is best known for her role in the Battle of Montaperti (1260), where she is said to have disguised herself as a man and fought alongside her husband's army. Her intervention is credited with turning the tide of the battle in favor of the Guelphs.
